1. Your 14-day right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the day the contract is made, without giving a reason (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013). To cancel, tell us clearly by writing to info@practilium.com.

If you want the service to start during the 14 days, we will ask you to say so expressly and to acknowledge two things. First, if you then cancel within the 14 days, you must pay us a proportionate amount for what we have already provided up to the time you told us. Second, once digital content has been fully supplied, you lose the right to cancel. If you do not ask us to start the service during the 14 days, you receive a full refund when you cancel.

2. Automatic renewal and cancellation

The Pro subscription (monthly or annual) renews automatically for the same period until you cancel. The date of the next renewal is shown in the billing portal. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancelling stops new charges, and Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

3. After 14 days

After the 14-day period, there is no pro-rata refund for the current period, except for undue or duplicate charges, our proven fault, or if we end the service. In those cases we return the corresponding amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

4. Refund timing

If you are entitled to a refund, we will make it without undue delay and within 14 days of the day we are told you are cancelling, using the same payment method you used to pay, at no cost to you. The time for the amount to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer.
