Module · Clinical cases

Memorising the name is easy. Knowing why is hard.

Cases that react to your decisions, like a shift. You decide, the patient changes, and the answer arrives only in the verdict.

The problem

Knowing the structure is not knowing how to decide.

015·3·6·3·5

Memorising without knowing why.

roots, trunks, divisions, cords and branches of the brachial plexus. With no patient, it is just a list.

In PractiliumLightning casesEvery structure tied to a patient. The name gets a reason.
021 answer

The answer option does not react.

and nothing happens after it. A midterm works that way; a real shift does not.

In PractiliumReactive caseAt each decision point your choice changes the patient's state, live.
03Cap.

The serious mistake stays hidden.

A good average can hide an unsafe decision.

In PractiliumVerdictA critical error caps the score, and every point of the verdict cites the guideline it came from.

Questions about cases

Are the cases real patients?

No. They are AI-generated cases for practice, with no health professional review, and nothing here is guidance for a real patient.

Does the AI make up the case?

Each scenario is AI-generated in advance and stays fixed; the AI does not improvise the case during the session. No health professional writes or reviews it.

What happens if the internet drops?

Your decision waits in a queue and is sent when the connection returns. It does not count as a mistake.

I am a first-year student. Do cases work for me?

Yes. Lightning cases tie a structure you just studied to a patient.

The first patient will not wait for you to finish memorising.

Play a case today and watch your decisions change the picture before the first real patient.
