About this image: description, credit and labeled bones
Hip bones, sacrum, proximal femurs and the lower lumbar spine.
The simulated image shows fine streaks over the iliac wings, the lateral edges were cut by the source CT field of view, and L4 is cut at the top; the coccyx lies inside the sacrum outline.
About these images: the radiographs are reconstructed by computer from public, anonymized CT scans, and the CT studies are resampled slices of those same scans. Bones are outlined from the dataset's own segmentations (or from MOOSE, in the knee and femur studies). They are for studying normal anatomy, not for diagnostic training.
