Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Right of withdrawal within 7 days

Within 7 calendar days of purchase you may withdraw and receive a full refund (Brazilian Consumer Code, art. 49). Ask at info@upskillscore.com.

A full refund ends the subscription and Pro access.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancelling prevents new charges and Pro access continues until the end of the period already paid.

3. After 7 days

After the 7-day period, there is no pro-rata refund for the current period, except for undue or duplicate charges, our proven fault or termination of the service by us, in which cases we return the corresponding amount.

4. Refund timing

The time for the amount to return to your statement or account depends on the card issuer.
